These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rock Clothing website and your purchase of products from Rock Clothing.

All prices displayed on the Rock Clothing website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the customer completes the purchase, subject to correction of genuine pricing errors.

Where applicable, delivery charges and other costs will be displayed before the customer completes the transaction.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to:

• Successful payment

If Rock Clothing cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

Rock Clothing accepts payments through available payment methods displayed at checkout.

Our payment processing may include Payfast and Yoco.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed for fulfilment.

Rock Clothing does not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times.

If a payment is unsuccessful, the order may not be processed until successful payment has been received.

7. Delivery

Rock Clothing currently delivers within South Africa using available courier services.

Our normal delivery timeframe is:

3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to:

• Customer location
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Adverse weather
• Incorrect delivery information
• Events outside Rock Clothing’s reasonable control

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Rock Clothing provides a 7-day size-exchange period, subject to the conditions contained in that policy.

For approved size exchanges:

• The customer pays the cost of returning the original item to Rock Clothing.
• Rock Clothing pays the cost of sending the replacement item to the customer.

• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
